The Right Support Changes Everything.
The pattern we see
The work is getting done. The team is busy from open to close. But somehow, output never quite matches the effort going in.
Most professional offices have a version of this pattern. Sometimes it is the workflow. Sometimes it is the wrong fit in a specific role. Sometimes it is both. Knowing which one you are dealing with is the difference between fixing the problem and hiring around it.
CoreAssist exists to find what is actually slowing the work down, and then to do something about it.
What we do
Each can be hired on its own. Some clients use one. Some use all three.
The work that comes before any major decision about how your office runs. For offices that need to fix what is breaking down, and offices that need to build what has not been built yet.
Learn moreThe work that needs to be done well, every day, by someone trained for it. For offices that have the right structure and need the right people to run it.
Learn moreThe operational lens on contracts, vendor relationships, and business situations your office is navigating. For offices that need clarity before bringing matters to counsel. Not legal advice.
Learn moreHow it works
A 30-minute working call. You tell us what you are dealing with. We ask the questions that surface what is really going on.
After the call, you receive a written summary of what we heard and our initial observations. No pressure. You decide if there is a fit.
If we are a fit, we propose a path forward. If we are not, you keep the summary. Either way, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
Why CoreAssist
CoreAssist was founded after more than three decades inside professional offices, including 22 years as a Senior Paralegal in California Workers' Compensation litigation on both the applicant and defense sides. That career covered case management at every stage, training newly licensed attorneys in procedure, and the kind of operational problem-solving that gets done quietly across high-volume firms.
CoreAssist was built because the same pattern kept showing up in office after office. The backlog grows, the team works longer hours, and the conclusion is usually "we need to hire." But hiring rarely solves what people think it will solve, because the real cause is almost never just one thing. Sometimes the workflow is asking capable people to do impossible work. Sometimes the right people are in the wrong seats. Sometimes a single underperforming role is quietly being covered by everyone else. Usually it is some combination, and figuring out which combination is the first job worth doing.
That is the work CoreAssist does. We find what is actually happening before anyone spends on the wrong fix.
